I did not take this path because I found it so exciting, but because there was no other way for me.
My research did not arise from theory, but from experience – from a nervous system that had to learn early on to carry more than one can bear, and from a life that forced me to embody truth instead of just talking about it.
I do not work with ‘traumatised people’. I work with highly sensitive, highly perceptive people who live in a world that pathologises their depth and turns their truth into something that is ‘too much’. What we call trauma is often nothing more than perceptiveness and awareness in an immature system.
I don’t research to heal. I research to build capacity – for truth, for intensity, for peace, for humanity in all its breadth. For people who don’t want to live conformist lives. For those who feel that they are here to give birth to something new, even if they didn’t know how to hold it for a long time.
My work is aimed at those who no longer seek identity but want to inhabit it – who feel that the new earth is not created through concepts or healing, but through embodied truth that requires inner sustainability.
