For approximately 19,000 years, we humans lived at the level of the root chakra.
It was solely about survival.
Reproduction, hunger, survival…
We then ascended to the second chakra — the sacral chakra.
Religion played a major role here. We lived separated from ourselves, and FAITH ensured survival. God is there and I am here.
This took us far away from the truth.
We lived in this period for over 2,000 years.
Next came the solar plexus — we spent 200 years in this phase.
Suddenly, we could achieve anything imaginable in the outside world. Industry, power, control… Yet we were completely separated from our own inner truth…
Finally, we have (in my opinion) reached a fantastic point.
The ascent to the heart chakra
What does this mean?
We perceive ourselves as separate and seek love and recognition outside ourselves…
So we do not see ourselves as a source or as creators.
We live within structures, professionally and personally, that do not correspond to our true BEING, and we work against ourselves. Because we HAVE TO function.
Many people therefore encounter soul loves, twin souls and similar connections in order to awaken from separation from their own selves.
These encounters are so profound that they open the heart centre completely and help us recognise who we are. Through old conditioning that plays out differently in each of us (and is brought to the surface by the depth of love), they force us to come home to ourselves. The ego is thrown completely off balance. This love reflects our own depth, which we can finally perceive.
We feel everything that prevents us from living this love. We can heal all our wounded parts and take responsibility ourselves. This is a very painful process! But it is divine! Because the search outside ourselves finally ends.
It is the path to yourself!
First, we need to understand that there is no duality in the heart. It includes everything and excludes nothing!
So step through the door — to finally express your true BEING!
